Question about users

So in Smartsheet, I can give people permissions to a sheet on the sheet level and it will prompt that person to create a smartsheet login, however they do not show up when I look a the users in user management. If I then re-add them through user management they are confused because they will receive 2 separate user invitations. am i doing something wrong?

Hope you are fine, i advise you to add the user first in your user management and send an invitation to him and when he accepts it you can add the permission and it's better for you to add sharing permission through groups.
