Real time sheet linking

Hello,

My company has a project intake form that populates information to a master tracker sheet. I would like create a new sheet that pulls specific information from the the master sheet for all projects. I know that is possible through cell linking. But, what if a new project is submitted? Will that new row be automatically added to my sheet?

I'd recommend using a so-called Master Metrics Sheet and cross-sheet formulas and cell-linking in combination.
