I would like to copy rows to another sheet but....

I would like to copy rows to another sheet so that other departments can view /work out of the copied smartsheet. What happens if the master's columns are increased or deleted? Is Smartsheet able to match the rows into the correct columns?

    Hi @Joanne Marfo ,

If you copy rows to another sheet that sheet becomes a separate data set. Is that what you want?

If you want another department to work with power of your sheet you can use Dynamic View or a report depending on your license. Create a report from your sheet with the columns you want the other group to access. Use criteria to select the rows you want them to access. Changes made to the report populate your sheet and vice versa.

    Help?
