How to reference a column from a different smartsheet and make it a dropdown option

Hi,

I have a list of tester name in my smartsheet name: Tester contact and I wanted to make it as a dropdown selection list in another smartsheet name: Test assignment. How can I do that? Kindly advise. Thanks

Hope you are fine, Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea, you can submit Smartsheet Product Enhancement Requests
