VLOOKUP with multiple results

Hello!

I have two sheets and I'm trying to find a way to bring to a order tracking sheet (2nd image) different information about shipping cost (1st image) but my vlookup brings juts the first result. can anyone help me understanding if there is another function?

    I want to bring the Shipping Cost from the Shipment data sheet (1st image) to the Order traking sheet (2nd image) Those are orders from the same consumer from different date.
