How do I link to my own data (project sheets) in a template?

I've found a few useful templates in Smartsheet, but can't figure out how to import my own project sheets.

Do you have other Project sheets already in Smartsheet or somewhere else?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

Hi Andre,

I'm well thanks! I'm trying to figure out how to view all my tasks across multiple project sheets - basically, how do I see everything that's assigned to me in one place? Ideally, I'd like to organize it by project. I found the Individual Task List template, but can't figure out how to edit it to do the above. Thanks for your help :)

It depends, but the best option would be to add everything to one or multiple workspaces and then use a report to collect everything in one view.

Make sense?
