Changing the UI language > does not seem to work

I would like to turn SmartSheet into english but it keeps on being displayed in french.

Changing this parameter as described here does not work:

Actually I found out what the issue was: if you create a sheet and change the language settings afterwards, the change only applies to the main interface of Smartsheet but not at the lowest level, the sheet itself.

Having the same issue but some of my courses are displayed and presented in Japanese. Not a browser issue.

This is affecting my users and i have sent 5 emails to support.

When taking the Smartsheet U courses they are displaying in Japanese only. I'm not able to see them in English. The option in the Google address bar is not there. As well the video is playing in Japanese. There is no option in Smartsheet University under my profile to change to English.
