How do I start 1 day ahead of a milestone?

I want to track milestones with a 0 so it shows the diamond indicator - 3/1
A task that takes 2 weeks will show up starting from this milestone shows 3/1-3/12 instead of 3/2-3/15.
Is there a way to adjust it to start the day after a milestone?

I think I figured it out.
Start of day milestone = 0
End of day milstone = ~0

Hi @beatea
Yes, you can add "lag time" to any of your tasks to have them still be dependent on another row but have them start a little later.
In the Predecessor column, put + 1 after the milestone's row number to include this lag day. See the bottom of this Help Article for more information: Enable Dependencies and Use Predecessors
Cheers!

Hi @beatea
Yes! Great idea.
A duration of ~0 and a start date creates an "extended milestone", which requires one full working day to complete. (See: Create a Milestone to Mark a Significant Event in Your Project)
I'm glad you were able to find something that works for you.
Cheers,
Genevieve
