Checkbox formula based on 2 columns matching
Hello,
I'm sure i'm creating extra steps for myself on this but here is my issue at this time.
My goal is to set up notifications on one smartsheet when there is a manager change on the master smartsheet.
I broke it down into steps.
First, I created a formula on the smartsheet I want the notification to populate. I have my manager listed, and referenced the correct manager from the master sheet in the column next to that.
Now i'm trying to check the box next to those if the managers don't match.
After, I will set up notifications based on the check box.
How do I create a formula checking the box if the two columns don't match?
Thank you,
Kristin
