Alert received but changes not appearing in sheet

Hi,

I received an alert email that changes have been made in my sheet. I see all the additions that should be added to the sheet. I click on the link in the alert email and am redirected to the sheet however, the sheet is not updated. I have rebooted my computer, refreshed Smartsheet and nothing updates.

Why?

Please help.

    Hi @Laresa Simpkins

    Hope you are fine, if your workflow automation has no problem and you sure about the changes is done please try the following:

    1- try to open smartsheet in a different browser.

    2- try to use a different computer.

    3- let your IT manager check the local network firewall.

    4- Clear cache & cookies 

    if you try all that and the problem not fixed please call the smartsheet support team

    • Also, check the Activity Log for clues.
    • Do you have any filters active in the sheet?
