Set Slack Automations to Tag a User
Is there a way to tag a user in an automated Slack message? I'm trying to send a form response alert to a Slack channel, then tag the user in Slack if certain criteria are met. I tried using the @user in the message text, but it is treated as standard text rather than a tag.

There currently isn't a way to have the Smartsheet notification sent to Slack automatically @mention a specific person within the information sent.
You will want to start a thread in Slack under the specific form response and @mention the user manually in a comment. Alternatively, you could set up different slack channels for the different users, then have the alerts route to different channels depending on the criteria. I hope that helps!
Cheers,
Genevieve
