Sharing of files in a folder

How do I setup file sharing so that the person can only add data in one file and have view only functions for all other files within that folder.

It looks like the editor -can share role is for the whole folder and cannot be for one file in a folder??

Can editor role change formulas if a column is not locked?

@Lynna yes editors can change formulas on a sheet if the column is not locked. Also, you could share a workspace as a viewer, and then give them editing privileges on just the one sheet.
