I have been using the Parent Task as a header for child task below. The child task has an owner, the header does not. I'm in construction so for example the Contract header has child items such as site visit, develop scope etc.
My owners don't want to see all the items that they don't own and I have a filter for each owner set up. When the filter is used, since I don't have an owner for the Parent task/head it doesn't show on their screens which is confusing for them. They do see all their tasks, which is good.
Can anyone suggest a better way to do this or make the Parent task show up at all times?
