Tracking PTO
Options
Does anyone know of a formula that I can use to keep track of PTO days? Screenshot shows my layout. I want the employees to be able to enter their days off throughout the year and the total be subtracted as they enter.
I would also like the total days to carry into the next month. Any ideas??

Hey Samantha,
In a new Column I would start with something like: =([PTO Days]@row - (SUM([1]@row+[2]@row ...[12]@row)
Is that what you are looking for?

I am super new to Smartsheet.. Tried your example and the cell now says #UNPARSEABLE
I added a row at the end like you suggested.
