Concurrent Approvers for a single row

I'm stuck. I created a change management form that needs at least 4 approvers per submission. However, I need the approvals to go out concurrently instead of in succession. What is the best way to do this?

You'd need to set up 4 different workflows that trigger simultaneously and use 1 approval column for each approver.
