PICK CHART and Smartsheet Template

I am still a newbie using Smartsheet -- is there a template or can SS be created to match the example "Action Item List with PICK Ranking" shown in the above URL (near bottom of article)

are you just looking for a formula which will calcaulte the P,I,C, or K? the rest of that spreadsheet looks like something which would be basic to create yourself ...

While not a pretty as the charts in Excel or OpenOffice, something similar can be done using the charts in Smartsheet Labs once the spreadsheet data is available.
