Document Builder & Templates

Hi Everyone.

I have learnt alot from the smartsheet community and really appreciate the hard work everyone puts in providing answers.

I am having a problem where I map all the fields to a pdf in document builder and it works fine but when I copy the sheet set (it is a template set for construction projects) the mapped PDF disappears and I have to map it all over again. This is very time consuming as the document pulls alot of fields from my sheet.

Has anyone had this problem and is there a solution?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now to copy/save as new and retain the mapping, but it's an excellent idea!
