Restrict reordering or moving cards in Card View

Hello,

I am using Smartsheet to manage project work plans. I have View By Status lanes in Card view and I want to restrict (not allow) users with editor level from reordering cards within a lane or moving them across lanes. Any help how can I do that?

I believe if you lock the rows an editor can not change that data so it should stay in the lane.
