Transposing column names to row names?

I'm trying to create a template where the column headings are actually row headings. As they are as column headings, the information will all be listed horizontally. I want the information listed vertically. Is there a way to do this?

But I want something that looks like this -

Hi Ed,

I have done this in the past by exporting the sheet to Excel, copying the header row, then right clicking and selecting the Transpose button (see screenshot below).

Then I import the Excel file back into Smartsheet. Hope this helps!
