I added a 2nd sheet to a report but the report has the 2nd sheet cells locked. Please help.
Do those cells have a formula? Formula cells are not editable in a report.

The cells in the actual sheet (not in the report)...
Do they have formulas?
What type of columns are they in?

Are the columns and/or rows locked?
Are you the owner of the sheet?
Are you the owner of the report?
How exactly are you accessing the report?
