Filter a Report

Hi! I have a report shared to Editor-Cannot share. When they open it it is filtered to show just the current users information. I would like them to be able to filter by information in specific columns (Employee Email) however they cant filter in the direct column or by selecting filter at the top of the report. Is there a way for them to filter the report down?

They would need to be at least share with Admin access and also have a license. (see below for more details)

Is there any way to allow a more public view of a sheet that allows people to interact and filter/sort the included data?

It's actually really frustrating that reports can't be enabled to allow for single column sorting.
