Mass Generate Document Builder

Hello,

Is there a way in smartsheets using document builder to mass generate a PDF for all rows in the grid? Or id the only way to do that is individually highlighting the lines and selecting generate document from there?

Happy to help!

You'll need to select the range because there isn't a way to select a whole sheet, as far as I know.

It could also be good to know that the row limits in Smartsheet now 20 000 rows.

Yes. You can select multiple rows in the sheet and then right-click and select, Generate Documents...

Thank you! I was able to do that, is there a way to select all the rows at one time? Like if I have 33,000 rows in a grid can I select all rows and generate? Or I have to highlight each one individually?
