Net Promoter Score on Dashboard

Hi there -

I'm building out a dashboard template on Smartsheet that will capture survey data from a training class. One of our metrics is Net Promoter Score for the class and I'm trying to put a needle graphic with the NPS (similar to the top needle graph here or here). Does anyone know if smartsheet has this capability?

They do not with dashboards. The data visualization aspect of Smartsheet is limited to the widgets. A workaround would be creating this graphic elsewhere, saving it as a picture, and uploading it with the image widget. However, this obviously is manual and will not update as new survey results come in.

An alternative might be using a Donut Chart (select Donut in chart type and in series select semi circle). You won't have an arrow, but it will look a little more like a speedometer.

Thanks Danielle! This is helpful - looks like the Donut is the way to go with a Metric widget to the side. A little wonky in creation but it works!
