Cell content entered vertically, but displayed horizontally

I'm hoping someone can help out with this issue we're having.

We have rows added through a form and the content in one particular cell is always entered in a list vertically, but when it goes into Smartsheet it shows as horizontal, and when an automation email goes out the cell content is shown horizontally as well. Is there anyway to have the text display vertically as originally entered?

This is how it's entered in the form (and how it displays when you double click the cell)

vs. this is what it looks like when the cell isn't activated/double clicked

vs. what it looks like in the email notification

I'm not even as concerned about how it looks in grid view, but would like the email to show it vertically.

Make sure that you've activated the Wrap feature.

Wrap Text

Select the cell in which you want to wrap text and click Wrap Text
