Form History
Hi there!
I'm curious if there is any way to see history of a form. We currently have a form we were using as a pre-registration and then it morphed into the registration. I'm specifically looking to find the "description" history of the form, so I can easily replicate instead of re-typing it out.
If not, that's okay...I'll just make sure to keep screenshots and folders with copy for future editions of the form.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now to see the form history, but it's an excellent idea!

Since there is no current functionality, we create a report/weekly email that summarizes certain fields that are filled out in the forms by our PMs. That is another way we have been able to keep records of it.
Steps include:
File
Send as attachment
Fill in TO: SUBJECT: MESSAGE:
Choose PDF
Click OPTIONS link (next to PDF) and update details and parameters
Click SCHEDULE link (next to Deliver) and choose frequency and date
