Forms - Search, Sort, Filter, Workflow to "Master Form List"



We use several hundred forms within the company. Many of which need to be deleted\modified\verified when we re-route the network design.

Is there a way to search or sort within the manage forms section? Right now, it appears to be sorted only by oldest to newest.

Is there a way to create a workflow that would move the Forms to another sheet which we could use as a "Master Form List"?
