Automated Emails without the [email protected]
Is there anyway to configure the automated workflows to come in from my email address and not <[email protected]>? We have it whitelisted for our domain users but when I send outside of our domain, it's gone into their spam accounts. Thank you!

If you are on an Enterprise or Premier plan, the System Admin for your organization can set up a Custom Email Domain. This would configure your account so that all members would use your organization’s subdomain for Smartsheet notification emails. (See this Help Article for more information: Set Up a Custom Email Domain.)
However there is no option to have this sent specifically from your email address, it would still be automation@smartsheet.yourdomain.com. (See the Release Notes page on this, here).
