Automated Emails without the [email protected]

Is there anyway to configure the automated workflows to come in from my email address and not <[email protected]>? We have it whitelisted for our domain users but when I send outside of our domain, it's gone into their spam accounts. Thank you!

    Hi @Kris Peeters

    If you are on an Enterprise or Premier plan, the System Admin for your organization can set up a Custom Email Domain. This would configure your account so that all members would use your organization’s subdomain for Smartsheet notification emails. (See this Help Article for more information: Set Up a Custom Email Domain.)

    However there is no option to have this sent specifically from your email address, it would still be (See the Release Notes page on this, here).
