Email Alerts Not Triggering

Hi All,

I have set up a Workflow to notify a set group of people if a new row is added into a sheet. Previously these alerts have been functioning as expected but in the past couple of days the email alerts are not triggering when a new row is logged in the sheet.

    Hi @Elizabeth Harper ,

    If you haven't check the automation logic from start to finish. Confirm the trigger is a new row and the action is notify. Confirm the contacts have email addresses. If all of that looks right but the action doesn't trigger then try to disable, save, and enable the automation. If it still doesn't work disable it and create a new automation. If it still doesn't work contact Smatsheet support.
