Formula Not Updating

I am using the following formula cannot get it to pull the data. It pulled it once but now it is coming back as 0 and will not update.

=COUNTIFS({Medxcel Fire Invoices Range 7}, 1, {Medxcel Fire Invoices Range 6}, 1)

First, confirm that your ranges point to the single column data you want counted. Then try:

=COUNTIFS({Medxcel Fire Invoices Range 7}, @cell= 1, {Medxcel Fire Invoices Range 6}, @cell=1)
