How do I send a row from one sheet to a different sheet if it isn't showing that sheet as an option?

While creating a workflow, I am trying to send a row from one sheet to a different sheet. However, when it gives me the option to pick a folder or sheet to send the row to, it does not have the sheet as an option to send it to.
