When I send out a form to record responses into Smartsheet, the responses do not appear on the first. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Start with checking your form settings and if it should be added at the top or bottom.

Hi Andree.. Thanks for the help. to some level that was helpful. But, I actually want the newer responses to go below the older ones, So i want to choose bottom. But what is happening is, the newer records are not appearing exactly below the previous one.. for example, if the previous response is on row 3, the new response just appeared on row 40, and next one at row 41 and so on. It seems as if I have some data in the rows before row 40 even though I don't really have any.

Try deleting the rows in between and test it again.
