Changes to Notification emails
Hi SS users,
quick question - we have automated notification emails being sent out to users when something changes on a particular sheet - its been working great.
However, this moring, I am noticing a difference in the look of the email. We havent' changed anything on our end, so I'm thinking this is related to something SS has done.
Couple of screen shots below showing original emails and the ones coming out now.

Though my message content looks much the same, something else is now lost.
BUG:
We have lost all workspace branding with the new upgrade, and this is not cool. Smartsheet please fix this. -
Hello Kylie & Brad,
We are looking into why the code is being displayed on some Notification emails. To help us with our investigation, could you tell me what email client/applications you are using to view your email that displays the code?

@Taylor, Workspace Branding is our problem, not code in the notifications.
First - this should have nothing to do with my email client. It is able to display whatever images and data it is sent. If it receives wrong data, then it will capably display that incorrect data.
When I click on the link inside the email that says, "If there are problems with how this message is displayed, click here to view it in a web browser." then it opens the exact same message (and wrong header) in the web page.
To be specific - we are using Outlook 2013 - server based.
For us, we don't have a problem with the code being displayed in the notifications. We just want our workspace branding back. ASAP please.

No updates as of yet. We will continue working on this and hope to have it resolve as soon as possible.
@Kylie, can you tell me who your email provider is?

Hi Taylor - Outlook 2010 here.

I have opened a support ticket and I have received an alert that they have received my repair request.
If you look at Kylie's notifications, you can see that she is having the same branding problem that I am. Her old emails show her BORAL company logos, the new ones only show "Smartsheet"

Hello Kylie,
I just checked on this issue and it appears that our Developers have come up with a fix that is now being tested by our Quality Assurance team. If it passes, we will release it as a hotfix as soon as possible.
