Control Center Optional Templates

When provisioning a project, I have 4 different project plan templates in my Blueprint workspace and only select one per project. But under some conditions, I need to spin up two of the four project plans for that one project. But I do not see how to select two Optional documents. I even tried to add a New Template after it was provisioned, but will only let me select the one Optional document that is already provisioned. Any advice or tricks to creating two optional documents when provisioning a project?

If the templates are grouped by name (which is an option when setting up templates under step 1.) then you can only select one optional template from each group. Could this be the case for your Blueprint?

If you are the Project Lead, you can edit the Blueprint and add the templates as optional (selected or unselected).

When you go to provision the project after step 1. you can select the optional templates from here:
