My Form did not populate the Grid Sheet

Hello,

I've had a form populate a grid for many months, but recently a new form submission came in. But the sheet did not populate the next row with the data on the form.

Any suggestions on how to debug? I've never experienced this issue before...

Yes, I'm well. Thank you for asking! It's been awhile since a posted a question.

Yup, there it is! At the bottom of the sheet. I thought about this last night actually and recall comments about blanks rows that aren't really "blank." The form will populate on the first row where there is no hidden data.
