Is it possible to get a report on changes to automations?

If you have access to it, the Activity Log on your sheet will identify if a workflow has been enabled, disabled, deleted, or modified.
However this log won't identify what the modifications or changes were (or which workflow was changed). Please let our Product Team know that this is something you'd find useful through this form, here!
