Still loving this new feature but I am finding a couple of anomolies and I am unsure if it is something I am doing wrong.

 

The email notification tells me that changes are highlighted in yellow, yet some are and some are not.

 

Can anyone offer any advice?

    Natalie,

     

    I believe, that the yellow highlighting is coming from the Sheet, not the Notification.

    The Highlight Changes feature is on in some sheets and off in others.

    It isn't related to whether highlight changes is switch on or off on the sheet, but I have had a weekly notification today and it appears to be ok now, although I will just check it against the report I would normally run to ensure that it has captured everything.

    Natalie,

     

    Some people get tricked early in their Smartsheet experience because the Highlight Changes option is for the SHEET not the for USER.

    If you colleague changes the setting and saves the sheet, you will see the change when you refresh,
