Report Filter to show just current activities
This may be a dumb question, but I want to create an automated email that sends out a list of all activities that are currently in progress, not just something to flag upcoming due dates. I can't seem to figure out how to filter JUST what is going on presently. Any ideas?

Hi Mike,
When creating the Alert Someone workflow and setting the trigger to your "In Progress" status column, click on "customize message" and choose the option, "Links to sheet and specifics fields." Here you can specify which columns you want to include in the email.
A simple email would look like this:
