Subtasks Populating in Uncategorized Lane on Card View

Hi there, it seems that anytime I am creating a subtask on a card in Card View, that subtask is then automatically getting added to the Uncategorized Lane in Card View, thus resulting in dozens of cards being put there that I don't need. I just want my cards to have subtasks that I can then check off as complete when done. Any ideas how to stop subtasks from becoming cards on the Uncategorized lane? Thanks!

    Hi @Bridget Hieronymus

I hope you're well and safe!

Unfortunately, it's not possible now to not have them added Uncategorized, but it's an excellent idea!

As a possible workaround, you could maybe automate so they get an assigned value for the column you're referencing in Card View.

    More info.

NOTE: If you switch to display lanes for which some cards don’t have field entries, those cards will be placed into a lane named Uncategorized. You can drag these cards into the appropriate lanes, or, if it doesn’t make sense to sort them, you can leave them in Uncategorized. (Cards will also go into the Uncategorized lane if number of lanes exceed the 64-entry display maximum.)

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic day!
