Is there a way to group filters from one sheet and then "copy paste" from that sheet to various multiple sheets?

A lot of our sheets have the same filters and I want a quick way to add all the filters needed to a newly created sheet.

Unfortunately you can't copy/paste filters from one sheet to another. Fell free to Submit a Product Enhancement Request when you are able.

In the meantime... If your sheets are all laid out the same as if starting from a template, you could save a copy of the sheet which should maintain filters.
