Is there a native Windows app available or is Smartsheet only accessible through a browser?

I use the iOS app on iPad and iPhone. Curious about Windows.

Can i create form to edit existing data

Collections - Editor on Report do they still need Editor on Sheet?
I have a collection for leadership that includes a dashboard and report, showing them just what they need to see. I want them to edit one column (all others are locked in the source sheet) directly on the report. Do I have to give them editor access to the sheet? If so, does that sheet need to be in the collection?
