Unparseable Error!
Does anyone know why this formula is coming up as unparseable?
=IF([Impact Assessment]@row = "NA", NA)

try this - make sure your "true" value is text in quotes, and add a "false" value of a blank row using double quotes:
=IF([Impact Assessment]@row = "NA", "NA","")
