Column Order In Stacked Column Chart
Is there a way to reorder the columns in the stacked column chart? It seems to be picking a default order and I don't see any option to switch the order.

Try adjusting the layout of the data you are referencing for the chart.

Hi, did you resolve this issue? I am using a bar chart on a grouped report. The column order seems to be random and even changes sometimes when I open the chart. Each of my columns are a day in a week so need to be in order.

@Dave65128 Have you checked the sort order of the report?

Hello!
I also struggled with this issue for my Smartsheet. I was trying to make a manual waterfall chart since Smartsheet doesn't have that option yet for dashboards. I was able to make my chart thankfully, however sometimes the columns switch stacks which took away the function of my waterfall chart.
IN the report that your dashboard references, switch the order of your columns that you're using in your stack column chart. Columns 1 > column 2 had an issue, so I swapped them by dragging 2 in front of 1 and now I have Column 2 > Column 1 in my report. The stacked chart works as intended now.Made my space columns pink instead of the background color so they're visible for you guys to see. I made "DL Space" column ahead of "DL Delta" for my sheet. I hope this helps
