Lag/lead time specified as elapsed time
It appears that lag/lead time cannot be specified as elapsed time. Is that true? Is there a way to specify that lag time should be elapsed rather than work time?

use an "e" prefix to indicated elapsed time.
3d = 3 Workdays
e3d = 3 elapsed days

That works with task duration, but doesn't seem to work for lag time.

Another vote for adding elapsed time in predecessors.
