View Activity Log Downnload
Hi there ;
I want to dowload some activities on my sheet , system says a csv file will be received but any mail receving.What ca be the reason ? all other notifications and mails are working

The email comes from user@system.smartsheet.com, like so:
The article, Issue: Email Not Received from Smartsheet, goes into more detail on the domains to add to your allow-list.
If you are still not receiving the Activity Log after going through the article above, you may want to contact Smartsheet Support with the sheet URL so they can troubleshoot with you via a private channel.

The Activity Log can sometimes take longer to generate than other types of reports. The length of time it will take for Smartsheet to generate the file and send you the download link will vary. Once you click Download, you should receive a message with the link to the file within the next business day. (See: Export the Activity Log.)
How long has it been since you generated the file? Since this is a different type of automation from Smartsheet, could it be caught in your Spam filter? (See: Issue: Email Not Received from Smartsheet.)

Any report that i generated ,did not receive to me , even one week ago i created it did not receive me too.

Hope you are fine, could you check which Email you are using on smartsheet account because the report must be sent to that Email.

i checked my account mail also , and one more interestinng thing , for example automatic workflow notifications or comment notifications are receiving , just this generated report mail is ot receving
