Automation - reminder emails

Hi

I am trying to set up an automation that every Monday at 9am (the trigger) two colleagues get an email notification with set lines from our SS that have reached a set condition. However no email is coming through. I have tried so many different things and have to keep retrying with pretend triggers in an hours time to see if they come through. Still nothing. I can't work out what I am doing wrong (or not doing at all). I am quite new to SS and have watched the videos and been through the Centre of Excellence training for Automation. Any advice would be great! I can't get an appointment with ProDesk until April 6th!
