Automation - reminder emails

Hi

I am trying to set up an automation that every Monday at 9am (the trigger) two colleagues get an email notification with set lines from our SS that have reached a set condition. However no email is coming through. I have tried so many different things and have to keep retrying with pretend triggers in an hours time to see if they come through. Still nothing. I can't work out what I am doing wrong (or not doing at all). I am quite new to SS and have watched the videos and been through the Centre of Excellence training for Automation. Any advice would be great! I can't get an appointment with ProDesk until April 6th!

Hi Nicola:

Check with your internal IT department to make sure Smartsheet emails are not blocked by your mail application as spam. Your company may block emails from external senders, or they may require the individual to find it in their spam box and mark the sender as "not spam" since these emails come from SS.

I hope you're well and safe!

Have you checked the personal settings for you and the other users? Do you get other Smartsheet emails?

First, make sure that you have allowed yourself to receive notifications properly in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the upper right corner), and secondly check the Permission setting for the Automations. (cog in the top right corner in the Automation overview)
