Automation - Alert When a Certain Number of Rows have been Added
We're using a form/sheet to collect registrations. Is there any way to set up an alert when a certain number of registrations (rows) have been submitted?

Hi @alwayslearning
Hope you are fine, yes you can but you need to add a helper column to count the number of registrations (rows) that have been submitted then you can design your automation using the result of counting.

You would start by adding a text/number column. From there you have a couple of options. You can use a single cell and just have a COUNT formula to count how many submissions have been made or you can have the row number tracked using a formula. Either way you would then set up your alert to be sent when that column has a value that equals whatever number you want it to be sent at.

I hope you're well and safe!
Yes, you can either add a count almost anywhere in the sheet or use a so-called helper column and then use a Workflow with an alert or similar to inform you about the limit.
Another option could be to set up a Workflow to move the rows to another sheet.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!
