Calling a client from a sheet

My phone doesn't highlight a phone number for calling from a sheet ....my colleagues i phones do /

I'm using a Samsung galaxy note 4 !!!

Is it me ...the app... or the phone ???

Shaun,

The IOS system supports this feature but the Android platform does not.
