Is there a formula quick guide on how to create a 30/60/90 day outlook in a dashboard of upcoming projects finishing and starting? I am banging my head trying to figure it out.

Exactly how would you want it displayed? Just some basic numbers in a Metrics Widget, or were you wanting to chart these out?

Ok. You would want to set up a table so that you had 30 Day, 60 Day, and 90 Day in their own rows. You would then use a COUNTIFS formula for each to get the counts of how many projects fall into the appropriate categories. Then you can reference this table in your Chart widget.
