Can a comment be "transposed" to a cell?

Hello,

I am looking to have a comment "transposed" to a cell. We use a form for access requests. Currently, the approver can comment when approving or declining. Our stakeholders would like to automate the decline message to go to the end user. But I am not able to add the comments to the "alert someone" automation when declining. So we created a column called "Reason for Declining", but I am unable to figure out how to have the data in the comment section moved to the "Reason for Declining" column. Is there a way to do that? Or a way to have the approver fill out the cell in the form?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• 3rd party service like Zapier, or similar.
• Smartsheet API
