Scheduling Emails Twice a day

Under send as attachment, you can schedule your sheet to be emailed to a specific group of people daily but I am in need of sending it twice a day. Is there a way to do this?

Workflows don't work the same as scheduled emails since workflows can't notify groups, so you have to enter everyone's name manually while scheduled emails can notify actual groups. thats why I was wondering if I could make more than one scheduled email notification.

Yes, I know, but you should be able to add multiple Scheduled Workflows/rules if I'm not mistaken.

it makes sense but another problem with that, is that a workflow/rule does not send an attachment with it and the way it does, send the email is very hard to read for a lot of people because comments and attachments are sent separately and in weird format.

Not sure I follow.

We can't do anything to the structure of the mail.

Have you looked into sending them a report instead?

I also needed to do the exact same thing.
I created two separate reports (exactly the same) and scheduled 'Send as Attachment' from each of them, one for 8:00 am and the other for 2:00 pm
